What is a subscription number?
When you purchase a subscription, a subscription number is issued to you in the email receipt. If you cannot locate this number, contact our customer support team and they will help you determine your subscription number.
What will show up on my credit card statement?
We offer all our customers discreet billing. The descriptor you will see on your credit card statement will not match the name of the dating site you sign up to. Instead, the name of a third party payment processing company, SafeReps, will appear on your statement.
How will I be billed for my subscription?
All membership plans have monthly recurring billing, and will be charged to the credit card used during your sign up. When your initial upgraded membership term expires our payment processing company will automatically renew your membership unless you cancel before the date your plan expires.
